Stiltsville is one of the more curious destinations in Miami, comprising stilt houses in the waters of Biscayne. It is a group of 7 wood stilt houses located one mile south of Cape Florida, on sand banks of the Safety Valve on the edge of Biscayne Bay.
The houses tower over the water, protected from being submerged thanks to long stilts. You can see them up close by booking a boat tour through the area.
